Analysis of the effect of bending rigidity on Gaussian Curvature for clamped and simply supported thin circular plates

چکیده
Abstract Negative Gaussian curvature in deformed surface subjected to concentrated loads is a key weakening factor on the accuracy of umbrella antennas. The negative impacts can be mitigated by increasing bending rigidity reflector surface. Thus, firstly, this paper concerned with effect based analysis circular thin plate large deflection. Exact expressions for plates are derived using analytical solution von-Karman equation and properties positive investigated. After solving zeroes Newton iteration method, distribution obtained.
